The Inside Story of the Phoenix Grill

Food on a Phoenix Grill

The Phoenix Grill is one of the most versatile grills on the market. Its unique grilling technology allows you to grill, roast, steam, and smoke, basically, it is the grill that cooks it all! But no grill is all that great if it does not last. Backed by one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry, you can be confident that you will be grilling on your Phoenix for many years to come.

With all that being said, let’s take a closer look at the inner workings of the Phoenix grill.

Inside the Phoenix Grill
  1. Vents with Damper Slide

For added heat retention in cold and/or windy weather

  2. Stainless Steel Cooking Grid

Grid pattern prevents smaller food items from falling through

  3. Thick Cast Aluminum Drip Tray

Shields food from direct contact with flame reducing flare-ups and providing consistent heat. Thick cast aluminum construction distributes heat more efficiently across the entire grilling surface.

  4. Stainless Steel Dual Burner and Valve Assembly

Provides precise heat and infinite settings with left and right variance.

The Phoenix Grill is more than a grill—it is a complete cooking system! Easy enough for a beginner to use but built with all the quality and cooking features for the serious griller. Designed to enhance the flavor of the food, features have been built-in to reduce flavor damaging flare-ups. Grill with worry-free confidence that you will get great tasting food and consistent results.

I received my first Phoenix grill for Father’s Day in 1998. It was the best grill I’d ever had and I had several at that point. Since we cook out 2 or 3 times a week, that first Phoenix grill lasted only 14 years. Now we are on our 2nd one and it is 5 years old with no issues. I can’t imagine a grill that can do all the things this one does and doing it better. No flare-ups…ever! I LOVE my Phoenix grill—we are a foodie team.
